Nadia is an AI scheduling assistant ("Nadia", "we"). This is what we access, keep, and do with it. We keep it short on purpose.
What Nadia accesses
- Google Calendar only. With your permission, Nadia reads your busy times and creates, updates, or cancels calendar events to schedule meetings for you.
- Nadia does not access your Gmail, your inbox, Google Drive, your contacts, or any other Google data. She requests one permission — Calendar events — and nothing else.
The emails Nadia handles
- Nadia only sees emails sent to, or copying, her own address. She does not read your mailbox.
- From those messages she keeps thread and scheduling details only: the participants' email addresses, the subject, message and thread identifiers, the times proposed or booked, and the calendar event created.
- We do not store the body or content of your emails. A message Nadia cannot process is held briefly so it can be retried, then deleted.
How we use Google data
- Calendar access is used solely to find your open times and to create, update, or cancel events you authorize.
- Nadia never reveals your meetings with other people to a third party — a guest only ever sees your open times and their own meeting with you.
- Nadia's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. It's handled only by the providers that run the service — Google (Calendar), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), and Resend (sending email) — each solely to operate Nadia.
Retention and deletion
We keep your scheduling details while your account is active. You can disconnect Nadia or request deletion any time by emailing us, and you can revoke Calendar access from your Google Account at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access-controlled. Access tokens are stored securely and are revocable by you.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
